From business consulting to business development, Lori Frederick has been improving the economic well-being of communities across the Midwest for decades. She brings a wealth of experience as Elevate Rapid City’s Senior Economic Development Director, including owning her own small business. In her role, Lori focuses on the area’s economic and financial growth by facilitating business expansion and relocation to the region.  

She loves being a part of an organization that strives to improve the overall quality of life for the people living and working in the Black Hills.

Lori, who lives in the Northern Hills, enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoor activities of the Black Hills, including hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and hitting the snowmobile trails.
